Your profile

  • You have a master degree in a relevant field (business, commercial, engineering)
  • You have 3-12 years of experience in management consulting and/or project management in one of our core domains: marketing, sales, customer service or client interaction channels;
  • As a natural entrepreneur, you are addressing and listening to our client needs;
  • You are able to work in team or independently, manage small engagements or parts of larger engagements;
  • You are able to develop creative strategies and change programs in order to sustain the growth of our customers;
  • You are structured and analytical in your approach;
  • You have strong problem solving skills;
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills;
  • Fluency in Dutch and/or French and English is a must;
  • Occasional travelling is possible.

What you will do

As a management consultant, you will be part of our project teams, supporting our clients – through various projects – in achieving their growth objectives and defining client tailored solutions:

  • development of analysis frameworks and recommendations;
  • implementation of improvement and change programs;
  • project and program management activities.

Over time, you will develop an in-depth understanding of client challenges and become a trusted advisor.

Depending on your experience and level you will also play a crucial role in the development of our Hedera practice:

  • develop our customer portfolio;
  • create new business opportunities;
  • manage a team of consultants;
  • ensure project delivery occurs within time and budget

Most of the time you will be working onside with customers in Belgium; occasional travelling is possible
